俗话说的好:“民以食为天。”咱们河南小吃是极为丰富的,有逍遥镇的胡辣汤、郑州烩面、开封灌汤包、灵宝肉夹馍、洛阳羊肉汤等。
说起“吃”,我可烦恼了,我可是一只小馋猫,也是一个“小吃货”,我喜欢的美食很多,比如:牛排、沙拉、可乐鸡翅、汉堡……可我最喜欢的就是爸爸做的红烧肉哦。
爸爸做的红烧肉非常特别。在外边吃的红烧肉都非常油腻,而爸爸做的红烧肉,吃到嘴里入口即化还不油腻,好像吃了一口棉花糖似的,软软的,香香的,甜甜的。
每次爸爸做红烧肉的时候,我总是第一个抢着吃,全家都说我真是一只小馋猫。所有人吃到爸爸做的红烧肉都会竖起大拇指,赞不绝口。爸爸做的红烧肉可真是色香味俱全的美味佳肴呀。
暑假的一天,我突然想学做红烧肉了,就请爸爸帮忙。我和爸爸先去买五花肉,然后把肉和菜清洗干净,再开火倒入少量的橄榄油,放入一把冰糖,等到冰糖全部融化变成深褐色时,放入切好的五花肉迅速翻炒,让肉上都挂上红红的糖色,一块块肉立马变的晶莹剔透非常诱人,然后倒入适量开水,再放入葱、姜、蒜等调味料,开大火烧开后改用小火慢炖三十分钟,香喷喷的红烧肉就做好了,然后放入盘子里撒上香菜滴上几滴香油就可以上桌了。
我把爸爸的手艺学会了,但是做的红烧肉跟爸爸的比可差的远呢,我做的油太多了,也太肥,难吃极了。
我爸爸做饭可是有秘诀的,不瞒你们说,我爸爸做的每道菜为什么都那么香呢,就是因为爸爸放了香油,这就是爸爸做菜的秘诀。
我爸爸会在闲暇时做各种各样的美食给我们吃,爸爸做的菜可都会用他的小秘诀哦。在我心里爸爸做的红烧肉是独一无二的,我超级喜欢爸爸做的红烧肉。

今天,是一年一度美食节的最好一天,我和家人来到文化广场,只见人山人海,车水马龙;摊点连绵起伏,紧贴在快。
我们先品尝了10元4串的羊肉串,一口咬下去香飘四溢,羊肉的味道发挥的淋漓致尽,再加上边吃边看新疆的人在跳舞,顿时我感觉我仿佛置身在新疆,到他们那做客了。然后买了两只叫化鸡到草坪上吃。我剥开了一层又一层纸,终于看见用荷叶所谓的“叫化鸡”。一看,原来所谓的叫化鸡就是鸽子。虽然是鸽子,但他们用荷叶包住来煮,轻轻嚼一口,浓浓的荷叶味环绕在身边,仿佛置身在炎夏酷暑的湖边观看盛开的荷花。
在到处走走,看见了鸵鸟宴,有两只鸵鸟被困在笼子中,耷拉着脑袋,无精打采的样子,但店主却兴高采烈,干的火热朝天。在走走,突然传来了一股臭味,抬头一看,原来是臭豆腐”虽然是臭了一点但吃下去,香味无穷。再看向对面也有羊肉串,品尝了刚才的觉得很好吃,想在吃,就又买了10元7串的羊肉串。吃下去美味、香气、麻辣,通通不翼而飞,随之换来却是苦辣、没嚼劲。突然感到后悔极了,也明白了便宜没好货,好货没便宜的道理,在此警告千万不要贪小便宜。
再到东边的尽头有七彩棉花糖,那七彩棉花糖如同雨后天上出现的彩虹那般的.美丽。七彩棉花糖味道甜甜的。舔一舔,软软的棉花糖立刻在口中散开,就好像在云上步行。
要回家了,留恋的看了一下,店主们干的火热朝天,无比兴奋。客人们吃的高高兴兴,开开心心。虽然有点乌烟瘴气,但却让人流连忘返。
一年一度的美食节,不仅让我懂得了很多民族风情,以及有着悠久历史的吃物,真是令人大开眼界啊!
