最近，因为我和电视接触的太亲密，和电脑的友谊太深厚，看课外书的时间又特长，所以，我的视力直线下降。

妈妈问我：“凡凡，你是不是眼睛看不清楚?怎么离电视那么近，有时还总是皱着眉头眯着眼睛向前趴?”

“不是，我是看着那个小朋友太可怜了。”我为自己辩护道。

可妈妈却严肃地说：“不是吧，看不清就是看不清，隐瞒妈妈对自己可不好。”

妈妈一定要带我去检查，我也只好依了妈妈。

我们来到学校对面的视力保健室，先让医生检查一下我的视力。我心惊胆战地看着视力表，很紧张，脸红的像柿子一样，只看见老医生的指挥棒在动。咦?这是左还是右?是上还是下?下面的越来越糟糕，我已经开始有些懵了。检查的结果让我非常吃惊：左眼0.3，右眼0.3还有点勉强。

吃一堑，长一智，我终于认识到眼睛的重要性了。眼睛是我们的“侦察兵”，眼睛不好，很多事情都不能做，黑板上的字也看不清楚，学习很受影响。这件事让我知道了保护眼睛是多么重要，现在我要特别提醒大家：看书、写字身体要坐直，距离桌子一拳，眼要距离书本一市尺，看书写字时间不要太长;要认真做好眼保健操;不要在光线太强或太暗的地方看书;不要在行走时看书;不要躺着看书;看电视(或玩游戏机)的时间不能过长;还要注意眼的卫生，不要用脏手揉眼睛。

大自然非常美丽，蓝蓝的天空，广阔的大地，万紫千红的花草树木，都是我们用眼睛看到的，如果眼睛不好，还能看得清楚吗?
